October brings spooky adventures to the Club! Golfers will enjoy our Ghostly Greens event (see page 3 of the October newsletter for details); ladies will gather ‘round the cauldron for Witches Who Wine; and our young goblins are invited to Trunk or Treat on Halloween evening. So that you and the kiddos may spend more time enjoying Halloween (and less time in the kitchen), Executive Chef Damian is conjuring up a frightfully delicious Trunk or Treat Buffet for Sunday, October 31st from 3p to 4:30p (look for details and the menu coming soon).
Our team continues to face staffing challenges and our jobs become even more difficult when we don’t have advance reservations. Please help us by calling the Clubhouse to make your dining reservations.
As we ease into fall, our hours of operation are changing. Starting this month, the Fireside Grill will be closed Tuesdays; however, the 19th and 20th Hole will be open 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. for beverage service with a limited sandwich/snack menu. No to-go service will be available on Tuesdays. On Sundays, in-Club dining will be available from 11a to 4p; no to-go service will be available after 3:30p. We anticipate these changes to be temporary and hope to resume our regular full services once staffing levels are back to normal.
Monday: Clubhouse Closed
Fireside Grill: Closed
19th Hole/20th Hole: Open from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. for alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage service plus a limited menu including Deli Sandwiches, Assorted Chips, Snacks and Candies. To-Go service will not be available on Tuesdays.
Wednesday - Saturday: 19th Hole open for bar service at 8:30 a.m.. All venues open for full service from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. 
Sunday: 19th Hole open for bar service at 8:30 a.m. All venues open for full service from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. -  To-Go service will not be available after 3:30 p.m.

The patios are available for limited seating on the days and times listed above for the Fireside Grill. The patios are offered on a first-come, first-served basis with no reservations needed.

The Country Club at Loch Lloyd continues to offer our popular to-go service. Just call 816-322-1022 no later than 30 minutes prior to close in order to place your order. We will be happy to deliver your order to your car at the main circular drive, or you may pick it up in the 19th Hole. 


Food and Beverage Quarterly Minimums: Your minimum must be met by the food and beverage purchases made at The Country Club at Loch Lloyd. Purchases made at reciprocal clubs will not be applied to your minimum. You may purchase wine to meet your minimum if you fall short in a given quarter; please call Megan Hanrahan at 816.322.1022, ext. 330 to order wine. Cancellation Policy:  Cancellation for Club-sponsored events not received 24 hours prior to the event will automatically result in a charge to your member account for 50% of the original per person price. Please ask to speak with the manager on duty when making any adjustments in, or cancellations of, your reservation. Thank you.


These days people are cooking less, but eating more at home. In order to help our members with this lifestyle trend, we offer all of our menu items for carry-out, every day of the week, with the exception of Mondays when the Club is closed.

Our culinary team will prepare the menu items of your choice, and package them for you to pick up at your convenience. With advance notice, our staff can expertly prepare your special requests as well. Call when you enter the parking lot and pull to the covered front entrance ... we'll be glad to bring your order out to your car.

The Country Club at Loch Lloyd offers a special children's menu for kids ages 5 and under. Your server will be happy to bring this menu to your table upon request.
