REGULAR HOURS OF OPERATION

Tuesday and Wednesday: 11a to 8p
Thursday, Friday and Saturday: 11a to 9p
Sunday: 11a to 7p
The Clubhouse is closed on Mondays.

 
The safety protocols which were previously put into place will be reinstated as well as the addition of mandatory temperature checks for all associates, members and guests. These protocols are listed below. Please be assured that we will continue to monitor CDC recommendations as well as local and state ordinances. Any changes to the following procedures will be communicated to the membership. Critical to our remaining open for business is the essential adherence to these CDC guidelines:
 
  1. If you are sick and are showing symptoms, stay home.
  2. If you have been in contact with a positive case inside of a 6' distance for longer than 10 minutes, get tested and/or self-isolate for 14 days.
  3. When you use the facilities, practice social distancing.
  4. When you use the facilities, practice diligent personal hygiene. Wash your hands.
  5. Wear a mask as you feel comfortable and as appropriate. 
  
Our experienced Food & Beverage team and professional culinary staff at The Country Club at Loch Lloyd continue to work diligently and safely to provide delicious to-go and in-Club dining service for you, your family and your guests. In-Club Dining Reminders
The Formal Dining Room, Fireside Grill and 20th Hole are open for member dining, BY RESERVATION ONLY. Reservations will be available in two-hour windows of time by calling the Clubhouse at 816.322.1022. Limited dining will be available in each of these venues and the 19th Hole and Main Bar will be closed until further notice. All drinks will be ordered from your dining table. Members and their guests will be asked to check in at the Fireside Grill host stand no earlier than 10 minutes prior to your reservation time.
 
Outdoor Dining Venues
The 20th Hole Patio and Formal Patio will be available on a first-come, first-served basis, with no reservations needed. Limited seating will be available for these areas. The Lower Patio will be closed until further notice.
 
Snack Bar Operations
With the reopening of the Snack Bar, we will resume our standard operating procedures which include no outside food or beverage allowed into the Pool area, with the exception of water in non-glass containers.
  
Protecting Members and Staff
The following protocols will ensure that members, guests and associates are as safe as possible:
 
  • Mandatory daily temperature checks for all associates. Any associate with a temperature of 100.4 or higher will be sent home.
  • Mandatory temperature checks for members and their guests entering the facilities. Anyone with a temperature of 100.4 or higher will be denied entry.
  • All associates will wear face masks at all times.
  • Associates will wash and sanitize their hands frequently throughout service.
  • Tables and chairs will be sanitized after each seating.
  • Linen tablecloths will be changed after each seating.
  • Disposable menus will be used.
  • Paper-wrapped straws and condiments will only be available upon request.
  • Only contact-less payment using member charge will be allowed.
  • Clubhouse restroom touch-points will be sanitized regularly throughout the day, according to CDC guidelines.
  • All members and their guests must maintain proper social distancing while in the building.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE QUARTERLY MINIMUMS

Food and Beverage Quarterly Minimums: Your minimum must be met by the food and beverage purchases made at  The Country Club at Loch Lloyd. Purchases made at reciprocal clubs will not be applied to your minimum. You may purchase wine to meet your minimum if you fall short in a given quarter; please call Sean Terry at 816.322.1022, ext. 317 to order wine. If you prefer, you may email Sean at seant@lochlloyd.com. Any food and beverage purchase made in the Fireside Grill,19th Hole, Snack Bar, Golf Course Comfort Station, or from the Beverage Cart will be applied to quarterly food and beverage minimums (service fee and tax do not apply.)  You may access your current minimum balance on the statement link under your profile photo on the main page of this website.

Cancellation Policy:  Cancellation for Club-sponsored events not received 48 hours prior to the event will automatically result in a charge to your member account for 50% of the original cost. Please ask to speak with the manager on duty when making such changes to your reservation. Thank you.

INING

These days people are cooking less, but eating more at home. In order to help our members with this lifestyle trend, we offer all of our menu items for carry-out, every day of the week, with the exception of Mondays when the Club is closed.

Our culinary team will prepare the menu items of your choice, and package them for you to pick up at your convenience. With advance notice, our staff can expertly prepare your special requests as well. Call when you enter the parking lot and pull to the covered front entrance ... we'll be glad to bring your order out to your car.

CHILDREN'S MENU

The Country Club at Loch Lloyd offers a special children's menu for kids ages 5 and under. Your server will be happy to bring this menu to your table upon request.
